Who this notice covers

This notice covers this storefront's account, order, support, and browsing features. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

The legal seller/data-controller identity and address require final verification for this domain. The manufacturer website's privacy policy is not automatically the policy for this store.

Information collected

Information and observed uses
CategoryExamples and purposes
Account informationEmail, name where supplied, password hash, and authentication/session records used for account access.
Orders and checkoutName, email, delivery address, optional or required contact fields, products, quantities, totals, selected payment method, and order status used to handle a purchase.
Support requestsNames, email, country, optional telephone, inquiry type, message, claim evidence, IP address, and user-agent used to review requests and record their technical context.
Usage informationSession identifier, visited paths, page titles, referrer, campaign tags, device/browser/OS categories, page duration, search and cart/checkout events used for store analytics.

Approximate country, region, or city may be recorded when supplied by the hosting/proxy headers. Requests also expose network and technical information to the server; infrastructure logging and retention require owner confirmation.

Wishlist and review features may store the information you submit and associate it with your account. Avoid putting private information in public review text.

Cookies and browser storage

Storage found in the implementation
StoragePurpose / observed duration
store_cart_id cookieGuest cart identification; configured for 30 days.
_sess_id cookieFirst-party usage session identifier; configured for 30 days. Cookie expiry does not delete server analytics records.
smo3lih.session-token cookieAccount session token; duration managed by the authentication implementation.
store_checkout_draft local storageSaves entered checkout information in this browser. No automatic expiry was found; the application clears it after a successful order.

You can delete cookies and site storage in your browser. Doing so may sign you out, remove a guest cart identifier, or erase a saved checkout draft. On a shared device, clear saved checkout information after use.

A site-wide cookie-consent interface or first-party analytics opt-out control was not found in the inspected storefront. The external tracking component separately checks supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Google Analytics may use its own browser cookies when permitted by the browser and tracking configuration. Browser storage controls do not guarantee that subsequent page requests will not create new first-party analytics records.

Analytics and advertising

We use first-party store analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find the store, view equipment, and move through the shopping process. Google Analytics receives supported page-view and shopping events, such as product views, product-list selections, add-to-cart actions, and checkout starts. Analytics records may include browser or session identifiers, page paths, referrers, device information, and product information; they are not guaranteed anonymous.

The Google Analytics implementation removes query strings from the page-location and referrer values it explicitly sends. Its page-view tracking excludes private account, administration, order-tracking, and checkout-confirmation routes. The external tracking component checks supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals before loading. These controls do not describe every first-party server record or every provider practice.

Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook pixels, TikTok pixels, and custom tracking scripts were not configured in the storefront settings reviewed on October 17, 2026. When a purchase is confirmed as paid, the store can send its order identifier, product identifiers and names, currency, merchandise value, shipping and tax amounts to Google Analytics using an existing analytics client identifier and, when eligible, its session identifier. Reporting of a refund requires a recorded completed refund and its amount; changing an order status alone does not create a refund event. These event payloads exclude customer names, email addresses, delivery addresses and payment credentials. Reporting depends on eligible analytics context and the applicable tracking choices; not every order or refund will appear in analytics.

Purposes and sharing

Information is used to provide account access, manage carts and orders, respond to support and warranty requests, understand store usage, and maintain the service. Hosting, database, delivery, email, or payment services may receive information when actually used to carry out those functions.

The inspected configuration contained no payment-method records. This notice therefore does not name Stripe, PayPal, or another processor as an active provider. Do not send payment credentials by email.

The optional external order-support synchronization was disabled in the inspected configuration. Automated email delivery was also disabled and no SMTP credentials were configured. Support form messages are stored in the admin system; the form does not itself send an email. The owner must also confirm infrastructure providers and whether any processing constitutes a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law.

Retention and security

Private server-side commerce attribution records, which link an order to its eligible analytics client/session identifiers, are retained for up to 30 days and removed by the scheduled worker. Delivery receipts and recorded refund-reporting records also expire after 30 days. This period does not define retention for orders, accounting records, backups, other first-party analytics, or data held by Google. Contact us with a privacy request about information linked to your account or order. A later browser preference change does not automatically remove an attribution record already captured by the server.

Account, order, inquiry (including stored IP address and user-agent), and analytics records are stored by the application. No complete automatic deletion schedule was identified during this review. The owner must define retention periods or criteria for each category, including backups and legal recordkeeping, before this notice is finalized.

The application uses password hashing, authenticated account/admin access, and HTTP-only session/cart cookies. Public access uses HTTPS. These measures do not guarantee absolute security; the operational security program and provider safeguards require separate confirmation.

Privacy requests and regional rights

Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy request. Describe the request and the account or order email involved. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction, objection, or relevant sale/sharing opt-outs.

We may need proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing records. Do not send an identity document or payment credentials unless a secure and necessary verification method has been explained. An authorized agent should identify the request and provide appropriate authorization.

Applicable law may set response deadlines, exceptions, appeal procedures, and regulator complaint rights. This notice does not promise eligibility for every right in every region or claim guaranteed GDPR/CCPA compliance. Deletion may be limited by legal obligations or records needed for a transaction or dispute.

Changes and contact

Revisit this notice when site features change. The implementation review does not guarantee that every provider practice has been independently audited.

Common questions

Does clearing cookies delete my server records?

No. Browser storage and server records are separate. Email a privacy request if you want the store to review information held on its systems.

Does this store use Google Analytics or advertising pixels?

Google Analytics 4 is configured for website and shopping measurement. Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, and custom tracking scripts were not configured in the storefront settings reviewed on October 17, 2026. Confirmed paid purchases and recorded completed refunds may be reported using eligible existing analytics identifiers. Personal contact and payment credentials are excluded from these event payloads.

How do I request correction or deletion?

Email the store with the subject Privacy request and identify the account or order email. Do not include passwords or full payment details.
